Profile
Henrik Wenckert is partner at Wigge & Partners and head of the practice area M&A and Private Equity. He has more than 20 years of experience from M&A and financing work. Henrik regularly represents financial as well as industrial clients, family offices and founders in transactions regarding inter alia structured and bilateral processes, buy & build and other add-on acquisitions, carve-outs, management advisory as well as capital raisings within venture capital and growth capital. Henrik also advises on establishment of funds and investment companies and investments into such structures and has extensive experience in the private equity and tech sector.
