Profile
Lisa is a leading lawyer specialised in Banking and Finance transactions. Lisa regularly advises clients in Swedish and international finance transactions, including acquisition finance, property finance, project finance, structured finance, export credit finance, debt capital transactions and securitizations. Her practice also includes advising on derivative transactions, financial regulatory issues, financial restructurings and pre-insolvency workouts.
Lisa is also a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) and an officer of the Banking Law Committee, International Bar Association
