Magnus is Senior Counsel within the Funds and Investments group. Magnus most recently comes from Finansinspektionen, where he was responsible for the legal coordination of the authority’s sustainability work. He is also an expert in the government inquiry on sustainability reporting. Magnus has extensive regulatory experience from Finansinspektionen, European Court of Justice, Swedish courts and law firm. He provides advice on securities and financial market regulatory issues, including sustainability issues, but also assists in drafting fund/investment agreements.
