Michael Wigge is specialised in M&A and Private Equity and Corporate Commercial. He has a broad corporate practice advising on all aspects of law and more than 25 years of experience from mergers & acquisitions and financing work as well as an extensive experience as project leader in cross border M&A projects, including buy-and-build projects, complex carve-outs and restructurings. He frequently advises parties in large- and midcap M&A transactions and capital raisings especially within the private equity and entertainment sector.
