We regularly advise Swedish and international clients in labour and employment law matters in connection with transactions, share and business transfers and restructurings as well as other strategic advice. We are often engaged to assist in investigations of, for example, suspected competing business activities or other workplace misconduct which may have legal consequences, and to assist with, for example, drafting of employment and consultancy agreements, implementation of incentive programmes and termination of employees.
