Wigge & Partners has advised MVI Fund I AB and Great Security Holding AB in connection with the acquisition of WASA Alarm AB, a Gothenburg-based company that offers intelligent subscription-based alarm and camera solutions for corporate and private customers. The company was founded in 2005 and has grown successfully over the years and created a well-known brand in West Sweden.

Wigge & Partners has acted as lead counsel in connection with the Stockholm-based entertainment powerhouse Pophouse Entertainment Group’s acquisition of 75 per cent of the master recordings and publishing rights of Avicii’s full back catalogue. Further, Pophouse Entertaintment Group and the parents of Tim Bergling, Klas Bergling and Anki Lidén, have created a joint venture to develop and amplify Avicii’s legacy worldwide. Wigge & Partners has worked together with Time Danowsky which has contributed with their expertise in relation to certain complex IP issues.

Wigge & Partners has advised Procuritas Capital Investors VI and Medtanken Group in connection with the acquisition of Hälsomedicinskt center i Sverige (HMC), a fast-growing primary care provider in Region Skåne. HMC was founded in 2008 and has five primary care clinics and three occupational health care clinics with approx. 150 employees, over 30,000 listed patients, and a turnover of approx. 230 MSEK. In addition to traditional primary care, it also offers a range of other health services, such as pediatric and elderly care. Following the acquisition, the Medtanken-group will offer 26 care clinics, over 140,000 listed patients and a turnover of approx. 1 BSEK.

Headsent has undergone a renewed listing process on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in connection with the transaction and has changed its company name to Vimab Group AB (publ) (“Vimab”). Visma Custom Solutions consists of 25 companies in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Lithuania with over 2,000 employees and 8,000 customers in the private and public sector, growing 22 percent annually on average over the last five years, to 280 million Euros in revenues in 2021. The new company will have 30 offices across the Nordic region and in Lithuania and new projects spanning the entire software and app development lifecycle. Wigge & Partners has acted as local counsel in connection with Visma’s divestment.
