Wigge & Partners has advised Altor-owned Network of Design in connection with its acquisition of Kid’s Concepts. Kid’s Concepts is a Swedish design company, focusing on high quality children’s toys and interior design. Following the acquisition, the Network of Design-Group consists of four companies: String Furniture, Photowall, Cooee Design and Kid’s Concept.
