Altor to acquire majority ownership in LRF Konsult

Wigge & Partners has advised Altor Fund IV in connection with its acquisition of a majority ownership in the largest accounting and consulting firm in Sweden, LRF Konsult.

LRF Konsult offers services within accounting, payroll, tax, business advisory, law and property brokerage to a broad range of clients and has 75,000 clients and 1,400 employees spread across 130 locations, making it the largest player in Sweden.
