Wigge has advised AMF Fastigheter in connection with the divestment of the property Stockholm Mentorn 1, known as “Googlehuset” and “Kungsbron”, in central Stockholm, for approximately SEK 3 billion. The buyer is KPA Pension, part of the Folksam Group.
The total lettable area is around 18,000 sq m, of which just over 90 percent is office space. The largest tenant is Google, which recently extended its lease.
