Wigge & Partners has advised Areim in their acquisition of ten light industrial properties with a total lettable space of 38,000 sqm in Handen’s industrial area in southern Stockholm. Seller is the family-owned Pebodagruppen.Areim’s Swedish light industrial portfolio includes 39 properties of 148,000 sqm lettable space. The portfolio also includes a substantial development potential in terms of undeveloped building rights. All properties are located in Greater Stockholm and Uppsala.
