Wigge & Partners advised Areim on the acquisition and financing of the office property Lybeck 2 and the neighbouring property Ladugårdsgärdet 1:51 at Tegeluddsvägen in Stockholm. The total lettable area is approximately 29,000 sqm. Areim will develop and modernise the property, with the aim of contributing to the district around Värtahamnen to become more attractive and vibrant. The acquisition took place on 31 January 2022 and the properties were acquired from CapMan Real Estate.
