Wigge & Partners advised Blackstone and Areim on the sale of the property Sågen 4 in Västerås to Korsängen Fastighets AB, a company established by Pareto Securities.
The underlying property value is approximately SEK 300 million. The property has been completely renovated and is fully let to ABB AB under a 15 year lease. ABB AB moved in during December 2018.
