EQT further increases an existing real estate portfolio

Wigge & Partners’ Banking & Finance team advised EQT Real Estate in connection with the financing of the acquisition of 2 urban logistic assets increasing an already existing real estate portfolio to a total 61 logistic assets located mainly in Swedish university towns across central and southern Sweden.

Our team consisted of Anders Morén as responsible partner together with associates Arvid Hed and Jonathan Riddersholm.
