Wigge & Partners has advised Eurocommercial Properties on the acquisition of C4 Shopping, under construction, in Kristianstad, from C4 Shopping Holding C4 Shopping, comprising in total approximately 40,000 sq.m., is estimated to be completed by end of 2018.
The shopping centre is located along the E22 motorway and is estimated to comprise 90 shops and restaurants. A 6,500 sq.m. hypermarket is being built opposite the shopping centre, with a further 2,500 sq.m. of complementary retail units alongside it. Eurocommercial Properties has also conditionally committed to acquire a 20,500 sq.m. retail park on the site. The transaction value for the entire shopping site is approximately SEK 1.7 billion.
