Eurocommercial Properties sells the retail park 421 outside Göteborg

Wigge & Partners has advised Eurocommercial Properties on the sale of the retail park 421 outside Göteborg based on a property value of SEK 795 million.

The buyer was Balder. The retail park has a lettable area of approximately 33,100 sq.m. with Ica Maxi as the largest tenant. Other tenants comprise among others Media Markt, Intersport, H&M, Lindex, Kappahl and Jysk.
