Halmslätten Fastighets AB divests its propertyportfolio to Catena Logistik AB

Halmslätten Fastighets AB (“Halmslätten”), listed on Spotlight Stock Market, has entered into a binding agreement for the sale of all shares in its subsidiary Halmslätten Midco 1 AB, which through subsidiaries own the group’s property portfolio, to Catena Logistik AB, a subsidiary to Catena AB. The portfolio consists of the logistics properties Halmstad Vrangelsro 5:4 and Umeå Logistiken 3, constructed in 2009 and 2015, respectively, and fully let to Martin & Servera, which is the leading supplier to restaurant industry in Sweden.

The sale is based on an agreed property value of SEK 1,520 million. Closing will take place on 13 April 2022. Halmslätten’s board of director will within short convene the annual general meeting and propose to the annual general meeting to resolve that capital shall be distributed to the shareholders and thereafter to wind up the company.
