Wigge & Partners has advised Procuritas Capital Investors VI in connection with the acquisition of Medpro and Omtanken, two primary health care providers in the Västra Götaland Region in Sweden. Following the acquisition, which is subject to approvals by the competition authority and the Västra Götaland Region, the new group will become the third largest private primary care provider in the Västra Götaland Region.
