Wigge & Partners acted for an investor in relation to a SEK 350.000.000 senior secured and guaranteed fixed rate bond issue by Host Realty i Stockholm AB. The proceeds from the bonds will be used to redeem bank debt and finance upgrades on First Hotel Reisen in Stockholm.
