Wigge & Partners has advised Vatne Real Estate AS in connection with their indirect acquisition of the real property Vindtyget 1 in Borås, at an underlying property value of MSEK 908, from the single asset company Bosjö Fastigheter AB (publ) which is listed on Spotlighet. The transfer agreement is conditional upon that an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of Bosjö Fasigheter AB (publ) approves of the divestment.
