Visma Custom Solutions consists of 25 companies in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Lithuania with over 2,000 employees and 8,000 customers in the private and public sector, growing 22 percent annually on average over the last five years, to 280 million Euros in revenues in 2021. The new company will have 30 offices across the Nordic region and in Lithuania and new projects spanning the entire software and app development lifecycle. Wigge & Partners has acted as local counsel in connection with Visma’s divestment.
