Wigge & Partners has advised the Altor-owned N-O-D Network of Design in connection with its acquisition of Byarums Bruk. Byarums Bruk is a Swedish design company, focusing on production of high-quality park seats and furniture for outdoor use. The products are characterized by minimalism and Scandinavian design. Following the acquisition, the N-O-D Network of Design Group has invested in seven companies.
