Wigge & Partners has advised DBT Capital in the directed new issue of shares in the amount of MSEK 200. The round was led by Investment Öresund AB, together with Öhman AB, Credo Capital and previous owners.
The investors come with a proven track-record of fintech and challenger bank investments with Öresund being one of the first investors in Klarna and Öhman founding Nordnet.
