Wigge & Partners has advised MVI in connection with final closing of their second fund, MVI Fund II, with commitments of SEK 1.1 billion. The Fund will invest in high-quality small companies in the Nordic region, with focus on Sweden, by acquiring controlling equity in buyouts or similar opportunities.
