Wigge & Partners has advised Procuritas Capital Investors VI and Medtanken Group in connection with the acquisition of Citysjukhuset +7, a primary- and specialist health care provider in the Västra Götaland Region in Sweden. Following the acquisition, which is subject to approval by the Västra Götaland Region, the Medtanken group will offer 19 primary care clinics, one specialist care clinic, over 110,000 listed patients and a turnover of approx. MSEK 700.
