Wigge & Partners has advised Procuritas Capital Investors VI and Medtanken Group in connection with the acquisition of Hälsomedicinskt center i Sverige (HMC), a fast-growing primary care provider in Region Skåne. HMC was founded in 2008 and has five primary care clinics and three occupational health care clinics with approx. 150 employees, over 30,000 listed patients, and a turnover of approx. 230 MSEK. In addition to traditional primary care, it also offers a range of other health services, such as pediatric and elderly care. Following the acquisition, the Medtanken-group will offer 26 care clinics, over 140,000 listed patients and a turnover of approx. 1 BSEK.
