Wigge & Partners has advised Willhem AB (publ), owned by Första AP-fonden, on the acquisition of a portfolio of 119 properties with 4,302 residential apartments from Akelius.
The underlying property value is SEK 5 billion. The properties are located in the Gothenburg area, Borås, Skövde, Trollhättan, Lysekil and Karlstad, with the majority of the apartments in Borås (ca 1,500) and the Gothenburg area (ca 1,000).
