Arvid Hed

Arvid Hed is an Associate within in Wigge & Partners’ Banking and Finance team. Arvid advises domestic and international banks, financial institutions, private equity funds, large corporates and investors on a broad range of domestic and cross-border banking matters relating to, amongst other things, domestic and cross-border acquisition financing and other leverage finance transactions, real estate financing, project financing, asset-based financing, corporate lending, bonds and other capital market debt financing. Arvid also advises on regulatory matters within the banking and finance sector and general corporate law matters.
