Wigge & Partners advised Saltängen Property Invest AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm First North Growth Market, on the sale of its property Saltängen 1 in Västerås to ICA Fastigheter AB.
The property is fully let to ICA Fastigheter AB until 30 September 2023. The underlying property value is around SEK 1 100 million. The transaction is conditional on approval by the general meeting in Saltängen Property Invest AB (publ), which is scheduled for 14 April 2020.
