Areim fund II acquires solna port

Wigge & Partners has advised Areim Fund II on its acquisition of the property Brahelund 2, also known as Solna Port, from Commerz Real.

The property, situated in Frösunda in Solna, Stockholm, is a modern and flexible office property with a newly built gym and restaurant. The property’s total lettable area amounts to approximately 41,000 sq. m., of which approximately 18,000 sq. m. office premises currently are vacant. Solna is one of the fastest growing municipalities in Sweden and Solna Port is situated in a commercially expansive area close to Stockholm CBD. Oracle, Qbranch and Liber are some examples of well established companies being tenants in the property.
