About Wigge
Wigge is a modern law firm where entrepreneurial drive and commitment is combined with solid legal expertise, responsiveness and a strong corporate culture. We are a very well-reputed legal advisor within our practice areas, advising our clients in making informed and sustainable business decisions and facilitating effective negotiations throughout the entire transaction process. We refer to this as “Excellence in Transactions”.
HOW WE WORK
At Wigge, we work in small, dedicated teams tailored to each case, with an experienced partner taking a leading role in each project. We often act as advisors throughout the entire transaction process, from early strategic planning of business terms, structural considerations, and negotiations to formalisation and contract execution. Operating in industries with high transaction volumes, we possess a comprehensive understanding not only of the legal aspects but also of trends and market practices.
LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS
The key to our success lies within the people we surround ourselves with. We carefully select our clients and employees and invest significant resources in building long-term relationships based on trust and integrity.
OUR HISTORY
Wigge was founded in 2015 by five partners from one of Sweden’s leading full-service firms. Since its inception, we have experienced substantial growth and currently have over 50 professionals, including ten partners. We are convinced that one of our strengths is our strong drive to create and maintain a welcoming and sustainable corporate culture while delivering legal advice of the highest quality.
