AREIM Fund II sells landmark building in Stockholm

Wigge & Partners advised Areim Fund II on the sale of the office property Brädstapeln 16 to KPA Pension (part of the Folksam group).

Brädstapeln 16 is a landmark building on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, designed by architects Anders Tengbom and Stefan Salamon and originally built for Trygg-Hansa in 1975. The building comprises lettable area of approximately 36,700 sq.m. The purchase price amounts to SEK 4.3 billion, making it one of the largest single asset transactions of all times in Sweden. Closing will take place in November 2019.
