Wigge & Partners advised CA Fastigheter AB on the acquisition of Fredells’ retail and warehouse property of 50,000 sq.m in Nacka.
The transaction is structured as a company deal and CA Fastigheter has signed a new long term lease agreement with Bauhaus as tenant. Bauhaus establishment at the property will become the largest Bauhaus store in Sweden with retail, logistics and drive-in businesses.
