Wigge has advised Vendus Sweden AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue to Nordika, a proposed rights issue in favor of existing shareholders and related directed share issues. Through these issues, Vendus can be provided with up to SEK 850 million, before issue costs. As per the 30 September 2024, Vendus’ property portfolio consisted of 51 properties with an aggregated property value of approximately SEK 2.3 billion.
