Wigge advises Vendus in connection with an equity raise of up to approximately SEK 1.1 billion in total

Wigge is advising Vendus Sweden AB (publ) in connection with a directed issue to Nordika and an ongoing rights issue in favor of existing shareholders. Through these issues Vendus may raise up to a total of approximately SEK 1.1 billion before issue costs.

Vendus’ business concept is to acquire, own and manage properties in Sweden where the tenants are primarily active in the grocery retail sector. As of 31 December 2025, Vendus’ property portfolio consisted of properties with a total market value of approximately SEK 3.4 billion.
