Wigge & Partners has advised Willhem AB (publ), owned by Första AP-fonden, on the acquisition of a portfolio of 31 properties with a total of 1,763 residential apartments from Akelius.
The underlying property value is SEK 2,8 billion. The properties in Halmstad are centrally located and comprises 1,160 residential apartments and an on-going project for the construction of 72 new apartments. The portfolio in Eskilstuna comprises 603 residential apartment in central locations. The total lettable area amounts to 119,100 sq.m. Closing of the transaction is scheduled for 1 March 2017. The transaction is conditional upon clearance from the competition authority.
