Profile
Andreas Malmberg is specialised in banking and finance transactions. He has extensive experience from domestic and international transactions relating to acquisition financing, real estate financing, export financing, asset financing, corporate bonds and securitisations. Andreas also advises on distressed debt restructurings, regulatory matters within the banking and finance sector as well as general corporate law. Prior to joining Wigge & Partners, Andreas worked as an in-house legal counsel at a bank and as an associate at another law firm in Stockholm.
