Semir is a Senior Associate in Wigge’s Funds and Investments practice group. He assists in the structuring and establishment of various private fund structures, as well as in the preparation of fund and investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements and other commercial agreements. He also assists with corporate matters, including corporate governance and ownership structures.
