Wigge has advised Bonava on the divestment of a residential rental project in Skogås, Huddinge, to Niam Real Estate through a forward funding transaction. The project comprises 109 rental apartments across two multi-family residential buildings, with an underground garage and a shared courtyard.
Construction is scheduled to commence in spring 2027, with completion of the residential units expected in 2028.
