Wigge has advised Areim in its acquisition of 14 light industrial properties located in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Västerås and Norrköping from Corem.
The properties comprise of approximately 72,100 square meters lettable area with a total underlying property value of around SEK 1.2 billion. Areim’s light industrial portfolio now consists of approximately 365,000 square meters lettable area. Closing is scheduled for 1 October 2025.
