Wigge has advised Areim in its acquisition of 9 light industrial properties located in Västerås.
The properties comprise of approximately 17,000 square meters lettable area and the premises are let to 95 per cent. Areim’s light industrial portfolio now consists of approximately 356,000 square meters of lettable area.
