Wigge has advised Bonäsudden Holding AB (publ) in connection with its acquisition of two properties located in Växjö and Kalmar through a set-off issue.
The properties comprise a total of approximately 21,600 square metres of lettable area, of which around 18,100 square metres consist of residential units distributed across 318 apartments. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 676 million.
The transaction is conditional on that an extraordinary general meeting in Bonäsudden resolves on the set-off issue.
