Wigge has advised STC Interfinans AB on the divestment of its shares in Skogsbolaget Snäckstavik AB to DeLaval International AB. The target company owns the properties Botkyrka Snäckstavik 3:97 and Botkyrka Snäckstavik 3:110, which together comprise of approximately 1,500 hectares, including around 900 hectares of productive forest land and 450 hectares of agricultural land. The target company conducts operations in agriculture, forestry, hunting and property management.
