Wigge acted as legal advisor to CapMan in connection with CapMan Real Estate entering into a forward funding agreement with the leading residential developer Reliwe for two major residential development projects located in Barkarby and Flemingsberg, Stockholm.
The projects comprise a total of 478 rental apartments, 10 commercial units and 154 parking spaces and are situated in attractive micro-locations with good access to public transport and local services. Both projects are being developed with high sustainability ambitions and are aligned with the EU Taxonomy, and include solar panels, electric vehicle charging infrastructure and shared mobility solutions for residents. Reliwe, acting in its capacity as residential developer, is responsible for the continued development of the projects. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2028.
The investment further strengthens CapMan Real Estate’s position in the Swedish residential market, where the company has built a portfolio of approximately 2,000 rental apartments in the Stockholm region, comprising both completed assets and ongoing development projects.
