Wigge & Partners advised Magnolia Bostad on the sale of two projects with residential apartments in Örebro and Eskilstuna to Slättö. The project in Örebro comprises 217 residential apartments in Södra Ladugårdsängen.
Magnolia will continue to develop and manage the project until the apartments are completed and tenants can move in during 2018. At completion of the project, the property value is approximately SEK 350 million. The project in Eskilstuna comprises 262 residential apartments which will be located in Norra Munktellstaden in Eskilstuna. Magnolia will continue to develop and manage the project until the apartments are completed and tenants can move in during 2019. At completion of the project, the property value is approximately SEK 450 million.
