Lisa Antman is a dual qualified Swedish and English lawyer specialised in banking and finance law. Lisa started her career at Advokatfirman Vinge in Stockholm where she was active within the banking and finance department. During a period of seven years Lisa was part of the legal team at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg where she was engaged with the Bank´s lending transactions in Sweden and the other Nordic countries. In order to work more focused on project financings within the infrastructure sector Lisa moved to Shearman & Sterling´s project development team in London where she advised sponsors as well as lenders in relation to financing and development of various projects within EMEA. After having re-joined Advokatfirman Vinge in Stockholm, Lisa was thrilled to join the newly established Wigge & Partners in 2015 and to be engaged in further developing its banking and finance practice. Lisa holds a master of laws from the University of Stockholm and a master of banking and finance laws from the University of London, Queen Mary & Westfield College. Lisa holds an officer position within the International Bar Association Banking Law Committee.
Anders Morén has nine years of experience from financing and M&A work with the law firms Vinge in Stockholm and Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York as well as the private equity firm Altor in Stockholm. Anders is specialized in financing and has worked on a wide variety of financing projects including acquisition financing, real estate financing, bond issues, project financing and corporate lending. Anders holds a master of laws degree and a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from the University of Uppsala.
Daniel Unger is a lawyer specialized in real estate law. Daniel has more than ten years’ experience of advising clients in complex real estate transactions and other matters relating to real estate, such as property development projects, commercial leases and joint ventures. Daniel has extensive experience from representing Swedish and foreign property companies, investment funds, industrial companies, authorities, insurance companies and other financial institutions. Daniel started his career 2006 at Advokatfirman Vinge in Stocholm where he was part of the real estate department. Daniel joined the newly established Wigge & Partners in 2015 to be engaged in further developing its real estate practice. Daniel holds a master of laws from the University of Umeå.
