Wigge & Partners has advised POP HOUSE Group in connection with its MSEK 480 acquisition of the hotel and restaurant building that accommodates Hotell Hasselbacken, from the seller Pandox AB (publ).
In February 2019, POP HOUSE Group also acquired the hotel and restaurant operations at Hotell Hasselbacken from Scandic Hotels. Since 2014, POP HOUSE Group has acquired and developed ABBA The Museum, POP HOUSE HOTEL, Cirkus and is also currently investing in intellectual property rights within the music and entertainment business. The majority owners of POP HOUSE are Björn Ulvaeus and Conni Jonsson, Chairman and founder of EQT.
