Wigge has acted as legal advisor to ITL, a global provider of apparel labelling and product identification solutions, in connection with its acquisition of all shares in Rudholm Group International AB and Bamatex AB.
The Rudholm group was founded in 1951 and is a global supplier of labels, packaging and trims for the apparel and footwear industry, with operations in Europe, Asia and North America.
Wigge’s deal team consisted of Henrik Wenckert (Partner) Fredrik Arvebratt (Senior Associate) and Julia Norlund Sjöström (Associate).
