Wigge & Partners has advised Qarlbo Associates AB in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in the Swedish energy company Nilsson Energy AB, a fast-growing system integrator of complete on-site, off-grid, emission free renewable energy systems, including large scale storage of energy in hydrogen.
