Wigge has advised Vendus Sweden AB (publ) in its acquisition of 6 properties, where four of the properties are located within Norets retail center in Mora and two of them are located within Strandplan retail center in Stenungsund.
The properties comprise of approximately 15,000 square meters lettable area and the main tenants are Willys, STC and the municipality of Stenungsund. Agreed property value amounts to SEK 272,500,000.
Closing is scheduled for 1 December 2025.
