Since April 2025, Wigge has advised Vera Industrifastigheter AB (“Vera”) on the acquisition of 30 properties in 12 separate transactions in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Västerås, Uppsala and Linköping. Wigge has also advised Vera in connection with the financing of the mentioned acquisitions.
Vera is a real estate company focused on industrial and commercial properties that was formed in 2025 by the investment and asset management company Atell AB, together with the Finnish institution Keva.
